		<description>While there is no single law implementing safety standards a number of agencies such as Cal OSHA are tasked with that, to make sure properly established safety standards for every trade are implemented.  Contractors are expected to educated, train and keep up to date on all current safety standards within their trade.  I have found so much of safety protection is common sense and follow through.  I watch landscapers working without placing caution tape around job sites, no eye, ear or head protection, usually no gloves, no safety boots, little care shown toward protecting themselves or the public.  Experienced, licensed, qualified contractors know the value of safety protection, training and education.
