Mr. Rappoport is a land development professional, with decades of field and senior management experience. As a former field superintendent, project manager and director, he is well versed in site work, development and construction budgets, scheduling, supervision, general and subcontractor issues.

Since most structures are built on graded pads, connected to utilities and are accessed by roads surrounded by pathways and landscape, site work plays a major role in all forms of construction. • Review and evaluate all documents supplied by the Client in a timely manner.
• Instruct client on missing documents and assist in discovery.
• Inspect evidence through the proper chain of custody.
• Research and provide technical information, findings and test results.
• Inspect the General Contractor-Subcontractor contract documents and specifications.
• Evaluate the General Contractor field supervision, documentation, scheduling procedures and subcontractor relationship.
• Evaluate the actions and behavior of other subcontractors affecting the Client.
• Determine if the standard of care was satisfied or compromised.
• Review the actions and behavior of jurisdictional agencies.
• Develop impartial expert opinion based on forensic information and scientific evidence.
