Homebuilder and Land Development
If you’re a residential land development company or homebuilder, you most likely
downsized your staff in an effort to ride out the downturn in the housing construction
market.
If you are gearing up to start a new project and need field supervision, project
or construction management assistance, but not ready, willing or able to add payroll,
training and overhead costs, the solution is hiring an experienced land development
professional consultant such as Jeremy Rappoport.
